Hi,
I received a message that a transaction had been cancelled at my request. The log gave me this message:
You denied the transaction. Most likely a cancellation of an eCheque. Nothing to do here.
I didn’t actively deny the transaction – it happened automatically and it’s the first time in a year of using WPeStore that I’ve seen this. ECheques in the past have simply cleared after a week or so (and I don’t know that this was an eCheque).
Could I have some setting checked that causes WP eStore to deny a charge for some reason?

Hi Jerry, eStore will never deny a transaction. It is simply reporting what PayPal sent to it. So go to your PayPal account and check to see if you have done any of the following:
1) An eCheque failed to clear
2) The customer opened a dispute
3) The customer cancelled the payment
4) You cancelled the payment
5) You issued a refund
etc…. you get the idea.
