Tracking Affiliates, Coupon Codes, Manually adding affiliates

Hi T&T,

Can I manage affiliates manually? I haven’t bought the plugin yet, but here is my context.

1) How could I award my affiliate commissions for an upgrade? The subscription would need to be cancelled and thus the link to the affilliate, which I don’t want. It seems like I would need a manual option.

2) I use a payment service that allows direct bank transfers here in Germany. I have url and an image button for those purchases. Is there a way to track affiliates with WP Affiliate for that link?

3) I guess you could use some kind a coupon code to solve 2), but do coupon codes work with WP Affiliate and how do you integrate coupon codes into the purchasing process? Right now I just use a link [http://mysite.com/?wp_eStore_subscribe=2] and this takes the person directly to checkout at paypal. What would I have to do differently to be able to accept coupon codes?

Hi, All the payment gateway offered in eStore has built in integration with the WP affiliate platform plugin. It works for subscription products configured via eStore too. So why do you think you need a manual process?

I use a Germany payment system that allows for direct bank transfers that does not integrate with WP eStore. And I need to be able to track those sales too. Is there anything like a Thank You page tracking function? Or is WP Affiliate only integrated with sales through eStore?

Thank you for the details. We have API in the affiliate plugin that can be used to integrate with any solution really (given you are a developer or know your way around coding).
