{total_shipping} – email receipt

Trying to get some feedback for shipping costs paid via email receipt. In this case it is $5 flat shipping on everything, but when i put {total_shipping} in the email receipt settings it doesn’t pull any data – just the code i put in place. Am i using the incorrect tag?

(using authorize.net payment)

The {total_shipping} email tag was added to the plugin recently so make sure you have a recent build of the plugin. You can download a latest build of the plugin from here:

ok – can you tell me which file(s) this was added to? i have done a ton of customization and would like to try to add it to my older build.

I din’t do it so I don’t have any idea (another developer added this). We don’t keep track of what files changed because everyday there are some changes being committed to the version control system. This is part of the reason why we do not support any customized version of the plugin (you are free to do modifications to the plugin for your needs but we have no way of supporting it).

Is there anybody out there that can throw me a bone on how to add {total_shipping} to an older version of eStore?

I have made some extensive customisations and can’t really do an auto update – as it would kill all my work.

Is it as simple as adding it to a file along with the other email tags? ie [first_name} {product_details} etc.

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
