Total in transaction not shown properly, coupon not applied

Hi,
I sold some photos, transaction has gone ok with paypal but report says 0 eur of total:
3 digital photos per 5 eur each, subtotal 15,00 eur, total 0 eur.

more the coupon of 15% discount (applied automatically if a customer buy more than 2 photos) has not applied.

other transaction ok… maybe a problem due to the coupon?

Please share with us, the settings you are using for the “Automatic Discount Feature,” along with the settings for the coupon code that is being applied.
