Hello after lots of testing I didn’t find a comprehensive solution in your forum either. There is a problem that I have to buy a subscription with wooCommerce, for this I found a solution that you have a plugin that integrates between your plugin and wooCommerce. My problem is once you buy a subscription, the pages that are in lock mode do not open because it requires connecting to the wp eMember login interface. I really need help on how to perform an action that can only be connected using wooCommerce.
In addition, I wanted to ask, what action should be taken so that after logging in I will go straight to a page of thank you packages. eliran.vangus-c2.link/
April 18, 2020 at 12:14 am #80475adminKeymasterThere are two potential user registration scenario option when using WooCommerce and WP eMember. It is explained in the following documentation:

Which option are you using? Have you fully read the above mentioned page?

1) Do you get an emember user record after a customer registers via WooCommerce?
2) Then if they log in and make a membership payment, do you see the member’s membership level get applied to the level they paid for?

Yes, we see the user record and its membership level.
I’de like to clarify the problem –
If a user registeres, purchases a membership and get redirected back to the site – the pages that are supposed to be open for him are blocked, as if he still only has a “free” membership. In order to enjoy his membership, he has to logout and login again.
I want his membership to apply automatically after the purchase, whene he is redirected back to my site, without having to logoff and logon again.
Any ideas?
September 3, 2020 at 11:16 pm #80479wzpModeratorAre you using any page caching plugins?

September 5, 2020 at 12:45 am #80481adminKeymasterNormally, a log out and log back in action is not needed. When the payment is confirmed and our plugin gets the notification from WOoCommerce, it will apply the new membership to the user’s profile.
Are you using the standard PayPal checkout with WooCommerce? If you are then note that sometimes PayPal can take a bit of time to sent the IPN (payment notification) after the payment. So our plugin won’t know instantly that a valid payment has been made (it can only know when the payment notification is received by WooCommerce). Normally, for standard PayPal checkout, you need to put a message on your “Thank you” page that explains to the user that they need to wait a little bit for the payment to clear and the notification being received by the site.
If you do “on-site” checkout with something like PayPal Pro or Stripe, then the process is instant (our plugin is receive the notification instantly from WooCommerce and there is no delay since your site doesn’t have to wait to receive the payment notification).
