Timezone for each affiliate

I have an affiliate in a drastically different timezone then the majority of my customers. They are requesting that ability to view the time of transactions and links in their timezone format. How would i go about doing this? Is there settings in the affiliate plugin to change timezone settings? WordPress settings that will work for this? Or would I have to implement custom code for this?

There can only be 1 timezone. This is a “core” (baked into) WordPress issue:

Timezone can currently only be set on the blog level. This makes sure that the blog displays times in the timezone chosen by the blog’s owner.
