Thumbnails will not delete

Hey,

im using the plugin to help someone sell their images. in the past they have used 4 thumbs per image, showing different parts. We have since removed the excess thumbs from the server and from the products in the estore plug in aswell, but when you click on an image it still tries to show the deleted thumbs – have cleared cache etc, is there a way to force estore to refresh itself, because its still trying to find thumbs that arnt on the server or in any product anymore.

Please edit the product in question and double check the additional thumb field to make sure it is empty. Then post a link to the page where you have this product. Also share the shortcode that you are using.

Hello,

I have tripple checked, and there is nothing in the additional thumbnail fields. The shortcode being used is: [wp_eStore_fancy1 id=4].

I just checked your product 4 and it had the image URLs in the “Additional Images” field of the product. I took them out and now this product is not showing the additional image anymore.
