Plus, the add-to-cart buttons aren’t linked to anywhere.
Looks like you have a value in the “Button Redirect Target URL” field of the product? Please read the help text of that field to understand what it does. In your case you shouldn’t have anything there since you are selling your own product and you want the customer to be able to add the item.
Regarding the thumbnails, do you have the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” option checked?

How about the Add to Cart Buttons; how will they lead to anything?
Add to cart button needs to be accompanied by a shopping cart. You need to place a shopping cart (by using a shortcode) on the checkout page. The video tutorial on this page will show you how to do that (check the 2nd video):
