When I upload the pictures in a new gallery, the thumbnails are blurry. I have no idea why this is happening. Could you please help me? Thank you.

Can you share a link to your gallery page so we can take a look at how blurry it looks? What is the original resolution of your photo?

Yes, here is the link: [http://cpcnewstoday.com/testing-4-sale]

And the resolution of the photos are from 1 to 2 Megabytes. Thank you for your help. It was working fine before, the only thing I did was I activated Jetpack-Photon, but even when I deactivate it, the thumbnails are still blurry.

If you look at this other link on the same website, the thumbnails are clear.

Please deactivate the photon feature of jetpack because this interferes with the URLs of the photos and hence the correct operation of the photo seller plugin.

I’ve also noticed that the thumbnails in the blurry page are only 50×50 in resolution whereas the thumbnails which are not blurry are 150×150.

Try deleting the gallery and creating a new one and uploading the photos again. This should fix it.

That worked, thank you so much, I changed the media settings for the thumbnails from 50×50 to 150×150. You’re the best! :)
