eStore – thumbnail not showing on manage product page

Hi there, i’ve just added my first product to my wp estore but the thumbnail image doesnt show – hence when i add the product to my store page and view it it also doesnt show

any help?

Please post a link to the page where you are showing your product.

The most common causes for this are the following:

1) The image URL that you specified has a typo in it so it is failing to find the image. Make sure to copy the image URL and paste it in the browsers address bar to verify that there is no typo.

2) You have enabled the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” feature in the settings and your server is blocking the thumbnail cropping operation. Try unchecking that settings from eStore.
