WP eStore – Thumbnail Not Aligning in Fancy Store 4

I am using the Fancy Store 4 shortcode and made the thumbnail a clickable link to another page. However, the thumbnail image is not aligning correctly. When I remove the URL in the ‘Thumbnail Target URL’ field the thumbnail aligns correctly. But as soon as I put that URL back in that field the thumbnail moves over to the left a bit.

I have 217 digital downloads in eStore. 17 days ago the thumbnails were displaying correctly and have been working ever since I created the page. On Friday I added one more product and now NO thumbnails display.

I had all the detail here, but I found the problem.

There are mods to the .htaccess file via AIO Security. I replaced that file with an earlier version and all the thumbnails come back! There is quite a lot of code in there now. Maybe you can tell me what is mucking up the display?

Start deactivating firewall features one by one from the AIOWPS security plugin. This will help you find out which item is restricting the thumbnails.

Are the thumbnails uploaded to your site or are you using external images?

Yes, they are in Media. Used the links from there. It was working as noted!

If I find the feature that is breaking your software, will you fix it?

Here are all the details and trouble-shooting I have already done.

…now NO thumbnails display. Instead of a thumbnail it shows the product description. If you click on that, the thumbnail appears in a ligthbox. If you look in eStore > Manage Products, the thumbnails appear there too.

I have turned off ALL plugins that are not tipsandtricks products. I have run your theme checker (it comes up blank).

I am using this shortcode to display: [wp_eStore_category_products_fancy id=2 style=3 order=3 type=4 show_price=0]

The images are in my media file. They are not labeled as thumbnails, but are thumbnail sized…and they worked until sometime in the past two weeks. I used the URLs from the media file.

This page is eMember protected for certain levels.

The only changes I can recall are:

1. Adding the one new product. (Which I then deleted – no change.)

2. Updating to WP 4.8.1 (don’t recall if this was in the last 17 days or before then).

3. Mods to the .htaccess file via AIO Security.

Turn off the firewall features of AIOWPS plugin so you can isolate if the issue is from one of the .htaccess directives of that plugin.
