Thumbnail image quality

Is there a way to rebuild thumbnails after modifying the css to enlarge them? I have enlarged them from 125px to 200px and now they’re blurry.

Site is offline in maintenance mode.

Uncheck the “Smart Thumbnail Option” from the settings menu of the plugin.
