When click on three of the thumbnails in one of my galleries the following message comes up: There are currently no configured digital or physical variations for this gallery. The administrator needs to configure some variations for the price list associated with this gallery! I’ve tried changing the style of the thumbnails and deleting and reloading those particular images, but no change. One thing – when I deleted from the gallery – and they were gone from the gallery creation page – they still showed up on my web page. On the following link [http://covers4ebooks.com/photogallery/gallery3/] select one of the first two images, or the last image – all three are the same image in different styles, of a large man and rocks. Thanks for any help
January 28, 2014 at 12:10 am #60534mbrsolutionSpectatorHi jimsells, it sounds like you have a cache plugin installed in your website. Can you empty the cache and check again. It is also a good procedure to always delete the browser cache.
Let us know if that helps.
Kind regards
January 28, 2014 at 12:19 am #60535PeterMemberWhen you get the following message:
There are currently no configured digital or physical variations for this gallery
it means that you haven’t configured any variations in the price list for the gallery you are currently trying to view. Without the variations the plugin will be unable to process the cart properly.
Therefore in order for your galleries to work properly please ensure that you configure the variations for the relevant price list by going to the “Price List” menu and editing the price list.
January 28, 2014 at 5:25 pm #60536jimsellsMemberHi,
I suspected a cache problem, I’ve tried Deactivating WP super cache, WP Widget Cache, DB Cache Reloaded Fix, it made no difference.
I cleared the cache on my browsers (Firefox, Chrome, SeaMonkey). The same problem came up on separate computers.
I also Deactivated: Udinra All Image Sitemap, Use Google Libraries, WP Minify. None of that helped.
Currently I have All in one Favicon, Anti-spam, Bookshelf slider, Google XML Sitemap, NextGEN Gallery & Pro, Quform, Wordfence Security, WP_DBManager, WP Custom CSS, and ,of course, WP Photo Seller. I mention those in case they raise any “red flags” when you see them.
Regarding the error message about no configured… In the same gallery there are 6 other images that work perfectly?! The Photo Details and the price selections come up as they should…
Could it be some kind of DB prolem? I’m at a loss.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

January 28, 2014 at 10:15 pm #60537PeterMemberDid you try deleting the photo which doesn’t work and uploading again from scratch?
January 28, 2014 at 11:03 pm #60538jimsellsMemberYes I did that for all of the photos that did not work.
January 28, 2014 at 11:07 pm #60539jimsellsMemberI have removed the images that did not work and I will re-construct the images, re-load them, and if that does not work I’ll get back to you.
January 28, 2014 at 11:12 pm #60540PeterMemberJust out of curiosity, could you please deactivate the “Bookshelf slider” plugin and try a test again?
January 29, 2014 at 4:28 am #60541jimsellsMemberSorry I did not get a chance to test what deactivating the “Bookshelf Slider” would do. Here’s what happened – first I removed the images from the Gallery and then reloaded from the media library – same problem reoccurred. Next I removed the images from the Gallery and from the media library, then reloaded the images from Windows Explorer into the Gallery and Now it works great. Appears something was attached to the original images from the Gallery, but they had worked a couple of days ago. Thanks for the suggestions.
