There is no redirect to my thank you page from the paypal payment page

When a customer has purchased and it goes to the Paypal completed payment screen there is no redirect to my thank you page?

The page has been set up as instructed in the tutorial

If you are still unable to get it working after all of the checks in the links above, please run a test with debug enabled and it should reveal the issue. This post will guide you (read it carefully):
