December 9, 2010 at 2:08 pm #27217vfontjr MemberThere are several links that need to be right for Paypal to work. First log into your Paypal account and go to Paypal / Profile/ Web Payment Preferences and make sure Return URL: is set to . On the eStore side of things, the settings page should have the following fields set: Return URL: http://www.your-domain.com/thank-you/Checkout Page: http://www.your-domain.com/shopping-cart/December 9, 2010 at 11:13 pm #27218carlyblack MemberThanks for your tips, it was actually a ‘silly me’ moment. I put the initial charge price in the product price rather than leaving it blank and sorting out all the pricing in the subscription part only. Thanks for the help though, really appreciate it! June 12, 2011 at 10:37 am #27219Karen Clark MemberI am having this same error message. Trouble is I have multiple websites and only 1 paypal account. Must they all have the thank-you, cancel, and shopping-cart be on one website? Seems like that should not have to be so. Or must I create a new paypal for each website? June 12, 2011 at 11:09 pm #27220Karen Clark MemberI discontinuted paypal on my other website and changed the return URL to the correct one for this new website and set up all the other pages as listed above, still getting the error. Can anyone help? June 13, 2011 at 1:35 am #27221amin007 ParticipantYou can have multiple websites and use the same PayPal account for all of them. Remember the value you enter in your PayPal account for return URL will be overridden by eStore on a per site basis. The value that you enter in the “return URL” field of eStore’s settings menu is the one where the customer will sent to. Does that make sense?
