Concerning the welcome affiliate sign up page!

I am trying to show a welcome text on the sign up page, (the same than the one you have on this website sign up page) But for somes raisons only 2 lines are shown…The concerned page is:

http://www.ipnla.com/affiliate/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/

Any way to get over this problem?

Also, concerning the languages, I keep having the: Sign Up. Click here to get started..etc in English, even though I set the language feature to French!

Any idea on how to solve this?..
