I am using the Thank You Custom Track shown here on my site:

Is there a possibility to add a field called “commission_amount” to determine the commission amount for the product?

Normally the commission is calculated based on your commission rate settings from the sale amount (There are a couple of places to set the commission rate like in the settings and affiliate’s profile). I can definitely look at adding a “commission_amount” parameter in there also. First, reply to the email that I sent to you though.
