Thank You page, instant download – works in sandbox, not live.

Did a number of test purchases last night in paypal sandbox. Today I did a few live tests and everything behaved as expected, except the download link does not show on the thank you page where the [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end] token is. Remember, this worked in the sandbox.

Use Automatic Post Payment Processing – checked

Enable Transaction Result Display – checked

ipn debug file – all items successful

All emails sent/received ok

Download link in the email works fine

wp-supercache – off (and page is excluded)

mod_security checked and not interfering

Can you suggest any other ideas? That’s the only bug in the purchase process.

Hi, Do you have “Auto Redirect” turned on in your PayPal settings. If so the links will not show on the thank you page. PayPal does not post the data needed to verify the sale unless the “Return to Merchant” button or link is clicked.

Auto return / PDT was turned on. Turned it off, did a test transaction.

The only difference this time was no data in the URL

With auto return turned on:
