What change do I need to make so Terms and Conditions is required for add to cart button just like it is for buy button on this page?

Also, why when you add to cart does it take you to the top of the sales page versus staying in the same location?
Hi, In order to make it required, You will need to enable “Show Terms & Conditions Checkbox” -> “For Shopping Cart (Add to Cart Type Buttons)” in the settings.
When you click on the “add to cart” button the page is refreshed. You can enable “Allow Shopping Cart Anchor” option in the eStore settings so the visitor is taken to the Shopping cart anchor point within the page after a product Add, Delete or Quantity Change.
