Tax not being calculated on the Base Shipping Cost

Hi, I’ve put in a base shipping cost for goods and a tax rate of 5%. Now, tax is being calculated on the subtotal on goods, but not on the shipping. shipping needs to be taxed too.

I believe if you want tax applied to shipping too then this will require a custom change.

I’m actually surprised that tax isn’t applied to shipping. In Canada, it’s pretty common.

We have added a feature to apply tax on shipping. You can enable this feature by checking the “Calculate Tax on Shipping Amount” option in the eStore’s settings menu.
