Tax according to state and weight based shipping

Hello,

I know I have been reading that this product was originally designed for digital products. I am wondering if you will ever consider updating the shipping to allow weight based shipping.

Also, according to my accountant, I only have to charge tax based on people who live in my state. Will you be offering an option to charge tax just on customers in a particular state?

I would love to use this product and it is so close to what I need but the shipping and tax are critical items that keep me from using this.

Hi,

If you are going to use PayPal as your payment gateway with eStore, there is the option of using weight-based and state-based shipping in your PayPal profile.

You can then set the eStore plugin to revert to “Use PayPal Profile Based Shipping” in your settings.
