An issue has just arisen with orders placed on rewildingaustralia.com.au using credit card as payment (Authorize.net).
The last successful payment was yesterday. The debug log file actually shows that there have been a few orders placed since then, however, even though the customer is taken to the thank you page, the order is NOT being recorded in admin or in the payment gateway provider’s admin (Authorizenet).
So, to the customer, it appears like their order has been submitted, but they do not receive an email and the order isn’t recorded in admin.
I’ve checked with the hosting company and no changes have been done on the server.
The client has spoken with Authorizenet and they have confirmed that no orders have been received in their end.
Could you please assist?

The hosting company has investigated further and they found this…
In today’s log (started around 10.50) I see this warning message
[27-Jan-2015 10:52:51 UTC] PHP Warning: strpos() [<a

It was recompiled 32 days before.

January 31, 2015 at 3:18 pm #68357wzpModeratorThe warnings are for the core WordPress files, not the eStore files. Have you changed anything about your site lately? On the assumption (for now) that your site hasn’t been hacked or compromised, please go through this checklist of items:
