Subscription Payments not being processed

Hi,

I recently used the plugin to collect signups on my website. For the people that paid in full it worked perfectly. But for the people that signed up for a subscription their subsequent payments have not been processed. I’m not sure what to do.

Please post a link to the page where you have this subscription button.

If after all of the above you feel that you have done everything correctly, can you please enable debug and share the output of the debug ipn_handle_debug.log file.
