Subscription – Fancy 1 with no thumbnail?

I’m using fancy1 no thumbnail for my add to cart shortcodes. Is there one for subscriptions?

The two options I found for subscriptions don’t fit inside a 3 column layout.

Added this option to the following shortcode:

[wp_eStore_fancy1_no_thumbnail id=1 type=3]

This lets you specify the button type (3 = subscription type buttons) in this shortcode.
