subscription button returns a blank, white page on paypal

My website has products for sale as well as subscriptions. I am using eStore, eMember and eAffiliate together. I set up one of the subscriptions buttons using the code [wp_eStore_subscribe:product_id:4:end]and when I click on the button it brings me to a white blank page on paypal. Any ideas why this is happening? The sale won’t go through. Just the white, blank page. Thanks!
