Subscribe button not working in table

I have a tabs with a table set up at http://www.itsolutions.a2entreprenuers.com/residential-plans and on tab two (2) none of the subscribe buttons work, but, on tab three (3) all of the functions on the subscribe button works. Also, if I add something to the cart and switch to tab 2, I am unable to modify the cart. I have also removed one of the tables and tested. The results were that the subscribe button for the remaining table also stopped functioning. Only after adding the third (3rd) table back to the tabset, allowed table 3’s subscribe button to function.

Check your web page with the W3 Validator and fix the HTML coding mistakes (You seem to have a lot of those.. some of those are probably fatal and stopping the button from working correctly)
