Stripe Subscription – Add To Cart

I’ve read several posts about Paypal requiring a different process for one time purchases vs subscriptions and from a legal perspective you can’t use an add-to-cart button.

I was wondering if this is the same for Stripe. Meaning, is it possible to have a subscription add-to-cart button?

I’d be willing to pay for a custom job if it’s possible.
