Stripe Payments / iDEAL addon – payment hook fails

Hi,

We use WP eMember + Stripe Payments + Stripe iDEAL addon

If I place a new order, payment with iDEAL, the payment is successful in Stripe but the ‘back to webshop’ fails.

Error in Stripe Payments log: FAILURE: Can’t find product with ID 0

Server error log: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path to domain removed]/wp-content/plugins/stripe-payments-ideal/asp-ideal-main.php on line 245n’, referer: https://hooks.stripe.com/redirect/complete/src_****?client_secret=src_client_secret_****&redirect_status=succeeded

After the payment I am redirected to the success page but with this message:

System was not able to complete the payment. Can’t find product with ID 0

What goes wrong?

The product ID should not be 0 there. If you go to the plugins menu, do you see the ideal addon and the stripe payments addon both upto date? Or is there an update available?

Enable the debug option in the stripe plugin. Then share the debug log file’s content so we can see if there is any clue there:

Yes the plugins are up to date.

The Stripe error log shows:

We have made a couple of changes to the addon that should help. Please upgrade the iDEAL addon now and let me know if you see the same issue after that.

Hi,

I updated the addon but I can’t connect to Stripe. When I order with iDEAL the Stripe popup appears with input fields and after filling the fields, check the conditions and continue the oopup hangs with loading icon. No errors in the Stripe Payments log and no error log on the server. So no clue what goes wrong.

If you test the first part (untill the finish of the payment) you can see it yourself.

So customers still can’t submit an order
