It worked fine for three sales, well four… then stopped. I think it was due to moving the site from it’s test url to it’s permanent domain and I may have some url directs pointing to the wrong place, but i can’t find them.

Even the log files aren’t registering… they’re 0 bytes despite logging being turned on.

I’ve tried to delete the plugin and reinstall but the dang thing has some files saved somewhere else, so all the config data seems to remain even after a fresh install.

Have you, not only redone all of the site specific URL in the settings, but also the product related URL as well?

As far as I can tell I have. I’ve gone over the settings a few times, everything seems to be updated to the new URL in both the manage products section and the general settings section. I haven’t located any other spots with URLs.

In fact, it seems like it was when I made those updates that the plugin stopped working.

If you want to reset eStore’s settings to default or delete all the existing tables so you can do a clean install then go to the “Admin Functions” menu of eStore and look at “The Almighty Reset Buttons” section.

Just delete all the tables and then deactivate and reactivate if you want to do a clean install.
