    Hi,

I can not make wp affiliate platform work properly on my website yet.

I use the old 3.0.1 Word press release and the plugin is the 4.5.6.

I configured it right, with the integration with paypal done. A friend of mine has the same settings of mine and his plugin works wherease on my site it does not track payements.

Here is the clean landing page url

    http://www.laboratorioebook.it/ebook-scrittura-business-on-line/

and these is the affiliate’s page:

    http://www.laboratorioebook.it/ebook-scrittura-business-on-line/?ap_id=bancariopentito

I thought it was a conflict between the affiliate plugin and the ecommerce one but is not possible. I deactive your ecommerce plugin but nothing happened.

I am really in trouble. If I disinstall the plugin will I lose my affiliates in case of a second installation?

What can I do to solve the problem?

    Thanks for your kind answer..

    Nico

Are you using option 1 or option 2 from this documentation?

You do not loose any affiliate or settings data if you deactivate the plugin.

We just need to troubleshoot this and see which step you missed. Once we find it out and fix that it will automatically start to work.

    1. Please post a link to the URL of your “Thank You” page.

    2. Have you correctly enabled PDT on your PayPal account so your customer’s get automatically redirected to your “Thank You” page after a transaction? Did you test a transaction yourself to verify this?

    1. the thank you page is

    http://www.laboratorioebook.it/ebook-scrittura-business-on-line/

    2. I enabled correctly my Paypal so when I tested it I was redirected from sale to thankyou page but the payement wasn’t tracked.

    Thank you admin007!!

Could you be so kind to sand it again? I made a mistake: I thought it was spam and I deleted it :(

    Sorry
