Hi folks,
I still get the 0KB file error reports from users every now and then. I’ve had you look several times, nothing seems to be working so far. I believe a few “tweaks” were applied, and I’ve tried these suggestions:
Downloaded file size is 0 (Zero) byte or 404 error or Other file download error
…nothing is working. I’m on 4.0.6. I’d like you to take one more look, because I’m concerned that this is something that isn’t just environmental, or temporal. Meaning that when a user gets it, they’re stuck with it. It’s not because of server load (I upgraded to a VPS because of this…I’m always at 33% or less of capacity), and it’s not because of browser (happens on all 3 major ones), or even geography. I’ve had a user report it and even the new links I sent didn’t fix it.
