SpectatorNew install (via WordPress plugin page in not FTP) of your Mega Pack and am not able to locate where to enter my PDF Stamper License Key. I don’t get a prompt like in your demo video.
I have deleted, re-installed, auto-updated, etc. to no avail.
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.” With NO other message.
No other forum topics addressed my specific issue. Thank you in advance!

ModeratorHi, Did you first test the minimum requirement checker plugin for the PDF Stamper to make sure that your server meets the requirement?

SpectatorHealthcheck says: “Excellent: Your server is running PHP version 5.3.14 and MySQL version 5.0.96 which will be great for WordPress 3.2 onward.”
Can I assume that WP 3.5.1 has the other other criteria? Also, ALL of the other plugins I purchased from you today activated just fine.
Have you checked to see that what you sent me was not a corrupted version of PDF Stamper?
Thank you in advance for your support and guidance.

KeymasterHi, PDF stamper pluign has other minimum requirements which is why on the sales page of that product we have a section that says minimum requirement and has a little plugin that you can download from us and check your site to see if it meets the requirement or not.
This is what you have to do (there is no way around it).
1) Go to the following page and read everything that is on that page (otherwise you will be going around in circles):
2) There is a link on that page that allows you to download a plugin that we call “Minimum Requirement Checker”. Download it and install it on your site and it will tell you if your site meets the requirement.
Does your site meet the requirement?
