[Squeeze type form] Possible to add a required Phone Number field?

Right now, the default Squeeze type form comes with 2 fields, Name and Email. Is it possible to add a Phone Number there as well? So I can call the optin to follow up.

The Phone Number does not need to be added to the customer database, if that is too complicated. I am thinking, maybe just email me for each optin with name, email and phone number in there, and the database still does the default thing (Name and email). This would be a quick solution for me capture the phone number.

Any suggestions?

P.S. If this can also be considered as a feature request, can you make it as: add 2~3 extra customizable text fields, so admin can choose how many extra fields to show in the squeeze form, and what is the display name of each extra filed? Thanks

No, there is no option to add phone number to the squeeze form unfortunately.
