Squeeze Page stopped working after update

Hello,

My Squeeze Page stopped working after I did an update to eStore 7.14. It was working before the update.

The page comes up fine, input name and email…click on download. It appears it’s going to work but nothing happens expects the screen does refresh. I do not get an email.

So here is what I did to test. I removed eStore 7.14 and put ver. 6 back on. Worked like a charm and I do get the email.

Please assist.

Hi, Please enable the debug option in the plugin then update the plugin and keep it like that so I can do a couple of test on your squeeze page.

Turned out that you enabled the following option in the plugin. You can’t use a squeeze form and give product for free when you enable the following option:

Enforce Zero Price Checking on Free Product Download

Create a new product with $0 as the price and then use that as your squeeze form item.
