May 19, 2011 at 11:14 pm #3441truegold MemberI’ve been able to successfully use this short code to add the Squeeze link within a post. [wp_eStore_free_download_ajax:product_id:5:end] However, I don’t want it in a post but on a sidebar. I use the Head Theme and I’ve tried the following leaves: Text, Text Lead, and HTML/PHP/ But what I get is just a display of the short code. Can this be done? If so, please share the steps. Appreciate, John… May 20, 2011 at 4:04 am #32700amin007 ParticipantMay 20, 2011 at 4:34 am #32701truegold MemberThanks, I’ll review and fingers crossed. Did I say again how great the product is? But more importantly is the support and excellent documentation. I love the short and to the point videos that accompany most aspects of these tools. Just fantastic!!! Appreciate, John… May 23, 2011 at 5:56 pm #32702truegold MemberOK, I have read and tried all ideas and I get the same result. I have added the plugin PHP Widgetify. I’ve drag & dropped the widget into the sidebar area. I’ve added the short code: [wp_eStore_free_download_ajax:product_id:5:end] (actually I tried both the Ajax and normal versions) I have a product setup with a download link, etc. And I continue to get the short code displayed. Also, when the Squeeze article says: “Don’t forget to fill the ‘Button Image URL’ field when you add the product. this image will be shown as the ‘download now/Get Now’ button. The plugin comes with a download button (download_icon.png) that is stored in the images directory of the plugin” If it already has a default button do I need to add one? I haven’t! If someone could put togther a video showing the complete process it would save a lot of time! Anymore ideas? Thanks, John… May 23, 2011 at 6:25 pm #32703truegold MemberIf you need to see what I’m talking about look at this page: http://www.islmusic.com/videos scroll down on the right side to the last widget in the sidebar. The site is a continuing work in progress so keep that in mind. Thanks, John… May 23, 2011 at 10:52 pm #32704wzp Moderatorhttp://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/php-widgetify/ “…now you can execute PHP too!” Instead of using the eStore short code [wp_eStore_free_download_ajax:product_id:5:end] you must use the PHP function <?php echo eStore_free_download_form(5); ?> instead, as per: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-content/uploads/wp-estore-shortcodes.pdf May 23, 2011 at 11:18 pm #32705truegold MemberIf this works it’s another example of missing some very mall tag enclosure. A video would really help. Which is where you guys shine! I’ll let you know if this works. Fingers crossed. Thanks, John.. May 24, 2011 at 12:12 am #32706truegold MemberThanks that worked. I also reviewed the docs.Once again I failed to see the php section towards the bottom of the squeeze page article. So again I missed it. Ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Appreciate your help, John…
