Hi, I bought the bundle The Mega Pack, and I would make this situation:
I create a squeeze page where I ask name and email to be included in a list created with ActiveCampaign.
The user leaves the data and enrolled in the list, will receive the first automatic mail with a link to purchase an ebook with WP eStore and Paypal.
How the data (name and email) are passed inside WP eStore to print the ebook through PDF Stamper?
Just buy this add-on? https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-and-activecampaign-integration-addon-4040
Thanks and good job
July 29, 2016 at 4:13 am #73828adminKeymasterYeah, you just install that ActiveCampaign addon then specify the list in your eStore product in question (the one you will use to create a squeeze form).
When the user submits the squeeze form, his name and email will be added to your ActiveCampgian list.
July 29, 2016 at 12:41 pm #73829eticalMemberHi, I purchased and installed ActiveCampaign Add-on, I entered the data of the API, I entered the list name in the product configuration, but can not get over the situation that I described at the beginning of the post.
First problem: the squeeze form only works for free download, and then sends an email to the address entered by the user, with the encrypted link to download the product; but I have to do pay for the product.
Where am I doing wrong?
July 30, 2016 at 4:41 am #73830adminKeymasterI thought you wanted to first collect the users email via the squeeze form. Then send them offer to sell PDF file. Let me ask you questions to better understand what you are trying to do. My questions a all over the place as I am trying to guess every little thing where there could be a confusion.
Which one of the following are you trying to do?
1) You are trying to collect emails via the squeeze form (offering a PDF file as the bait)
Or
2) You are trying to sell a PDF file to your customers? If you are trying to do this. Have you created an eStore product with the PDF file then put buy button for this product on a page?
Do you have one PDF file that you give to the users (the free one) and then there is another (the premium one) that you sell to them later via autoresponder communication?
Do you understand the purpose of a squeeze form? What is your call to action for the squeeze page? Why would anyone want to submit their info in there (what will they get in return)?
Are you mixing the eStore product for the squeeze page with your paid product? Remember, you can’t mix them as they totally different things. You gotta make ONE product for your squeeze page which will be configured for the purpose of the squeeze page. Then create another eStore product to sell the main item.
If you are not going to give anything for the squeeze form submission then make sure to keep the digital file URL field empty. Or you can use the URL of your paid product’s landing page in there.
