The squeeze form is not saving my customer’s emails for the two newest products I’ve installed the exact same way I have the other 15+ items in my WPeStore.
I tried deactivating all of my plugins and that didn’t work either.

The squeeze form is sending the email to the right place. Is that what you mean?
I don’t have the emails for the customer’s who have downloaded the packs. It is not in the backend in the customer email list area. The customers are receiving the products, I am not receiving their emails.
When looking at the manage products screen the item #’s 17, 19 and 20 are there, but in the stats screen they aren’t. In the manage products screen there are 305 downloads listed for item #20, 263 for #19 and 813 for #17. There are NO customer emails for any of those downloads anywhere. It’s like the WPeStore is not registering the files even though they are in the store and being sent via email as they are supposed to be…
The squeeze form is used for giving out free downloads. It doesn’t go to the stats. The stats interface is primarily used for the products you sell.
Free downloads can be abused by users a little too. For example, someone can download the same item many many time which can skew the stats.
The inventory count of the product will tell you how many times that item was downloaded (if thats the info you are after).
