I don’t see where WP eStore lets me enter a min and max price for each product for customer-entered amounts. For example, my customer sees a product priced at $50.00. But I want him to be able to pay a minimum of $10.00, or the full price. When I enter 10.00 in my store, eStore says “The minimum amount you can specify is 50.”
Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

I think you are referring to the following feature:
The price amount you enter for the product is the minimum value they can enter. There is no option to set a max amount. They can enter any amount above the minimum value. In the description of the product, you can use a message to explain/give more details to the visitors.
