Space in my affiliate link creates error

I have set up my affiliate program and the link it is showing on the sign-in page has a space between the URL and the “?” and affiliate details:

[http://www.ecourselaunchformula.com ?ap_id=heard]

Can you please advise what I have done wrong?

Go to your affiliate plugin settings menu. Then check the value you entered in the “Default Landing Page” field. Is there a space at the end in that URL there?
