Is there a way to sort the Manage Members screen by active/inactive members i.e. filter out (via a dropdown) inactive so we can view a list of active members only.
Yes. In the manage members page you can sort by “Account State”. Just click the little arrow to sort the entries.
Thanks for the suggestion Peter.
Yes, I’ve been clicking the little arrow to sort by Account State but it’s not what I want.
I’d prefer to filter the screen (via a dropdown) by viewing only Active members only (or Inactive Members only or View All).
I could then view alphabetically by First Name or Last Name by clicking the little arrow in the column header.
I don’t see any way of doing that. Perhaps one for a future feature request?
On a side note: when I click the little arrow to view the Members with Active at the top, what is the secondary sort based on? The Active members are not then listed alphabetically or in any other way that I’d consider useful.
The sort doesn’t stack. When you sort a column it only shorts that column.
Yes, understood.
Once I click the Account State column header, it sorts by Active/Inactive (that’s fine), but the resultant screen looks randomly sorted. It’s not alphabetical, it’s not by ID, it’s not by date of entry.
I suppose what I’m asking for is a feature request:
Can a dropdown please be added to the Manage Members screen filter the results to view Active Members Only.
The Manage members interface has menu links at the top that you can use to see only “active” or “inactive” or “pending” member records.
You can go to the “Member Lists” menu then use the options there to view a list of active or inactive members. You can also export all the members data to a CSV file so you can open it in Excel and do data manipulation.
