The default number of characters/digits in license generated by SLM is it 13? It keeps getting back to 13 after manual change. Just need to confirm
What do you mean by manual change?
I tried to have 10 characters/digits in the license :
for example now I have 588b10c240c04 (13 characters) in Add/Edit License,
then I edit it to 588b10c240 in order to have 10 characters, then save the record (I was hoping this way I’ll have 10 characters for next license as well), while I can have 588b10c240 working, the next generated license is 588b11028e4e9 (13 characters).
In my products, I am combining SLM license with product specific instruction, therefore confirmation of number of characters in SLM license.
Many many thanks!

You can’t just save ONE license key by editing it then expect the plugin to start generating keys that are the same length as the key you saved.
When it generates a NEW license it has its own method of creating a key that will be unique. It has to be at least 13 characters long (so the generated key is unique). You can make it longer by adding a prefix in the settings. Its okay for you to manually edit a license and make it whatever but when the plugin generates a key, it needs to follow an algorithm to make the generated key unique.
