Single Prdoduct ID with choice of Digital or Non-Digital Format

I’m new and love the WP eStore product versatility, but I can’t figure this one out!

IS there a way within a single product ID to allow the customer to select a downloadable (digital) file or the hard-copy CD version requiring shipping? Different pricing for each.

If not, any alternative suggestions?
