I have a user who is seeing this error when logging in:
“You have been logged out because another user has logged into this account from another browser.”
I have not checked the “Disable Simultaneous Login” checked, so I don’t think this error should be showing up. This user is unable to log in. Can you help me figure out what is causing this issue?

Is this the only person who is having this problem? Are you able to recreate the issue, yourself? And is your site using any kind of page caching?
Yes, just one user as far as I know. I have not been able to replicate the issue. I’m not using any page caching.
