When I put the page together in draft mode and preview it everything looks as it should. When I publish the page and preview it where the box and cart should be is the original code:
[wp_cart_display_product name=”The World Through My Eyes Calendar 2016″ price=”15.00″ thumbnail=”http://lastingimagepro.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Calender-2016-preview.jpg” description=”LIMITED TIME. SALE ENDS November 29, 2015.”]
[show_wp_shopping_cart]
The page that is published is here:

I even tried a new page and copied and pasted the short code from the cart options and same thing. While it is a draft it works. When published the page is just the code.
Using Simple Shopping cart v 4.1.4
WordPress 4.3.1
The shortcode rendering is not happening correctly on that page. This likely a conflict of some sort. The following post will help you identify what is breaking the shorting rendering on your site:

PS. The double quotes in your shortcode looked a little wrong. So I corrected them in your post. You should copy and paste it to correct the double quotes.
