Simple cart worked fine So i upgraded to eStore and it breaks the store

I was testing the simple cart plugin and it was one of the few that didn’t break my website so I opted for the full store eStore version and now the site doesn’t display correctly.

The slider the menus and carousel plugins no longer work. Everything was ok with the simple plugin. This is very stressful as the simple plugin worked so it lead me to believe the full version shouldn’t impact the site and it has.

How can we resolve this and get it working normally because this is quickly becoming a huge setback on a time sensitive project.
