Since there is no category for your “Simple Cart Customer Input plugin” I am here.

How do I increase the size of the fields?

There looks to be a bit of CSS conflict with the theme you are using. I will need to inspect the HTML and CSS code using my browser then offer tweaks for it. Please post URL of the page where I can go and see this using my browser (so I can inspect it).
