Simple Cart Customer Input Addon not storing input in downloadable database

Simple PayPal Shopping Cart – Customer input add-on.

I have the front end working fine, input data is sent in email confirmation etc.

However, I would like to be able to get all the custom fields (customer inputs) for each order into the downloadable CSV file of cart orders. At the moment when I download the file, all other data is in the file EXCEPT the customer input.

Can you please help me with this issue?

The custom field data for the checkout is something that only gets sent in the notification email after a checkout.

I will need to check if the addon can be updated to do what you are asking for.

Count me too for this feature request. The client I got your Customer Input Add-on for, needs these fields to show up in the CSV file, and will likely need another solution soon. Would love to see this so we can keep using it. We do have it show up fine in emails but it’s a big time saver and less prone to human error, if we can periodically export all orders for a spreadsheet rather than copy pasting these fields on our own.

This has been implemented already. When you export the orders data from the main plugin, it will export the custom fields data also (if you have that addon active)
