Hello! I setup a paypal subscription button for recurring subscription at say $30 a month with a $1 one month trial.
I set it to connect to Membership ID 1 lets call that Bronze Level Membership plan.
I setup my bronze level membership to expire in 1 month and upgrade to Silver, the Silver to expire and upgrade after another month to Gold membership level and stay at that thereafter.

Okay again I setup the paypal button to offer a $1 one month trial so,
My Assumption is:
>> After the first month of the trial at Bronze Level Membership expires and it is set to upgrade the member to Silver Level Membership it will send the member an email notifying them their credit card is being charged the full months rate ie $30 and then attempt to charge their card. Is this correct?
Please clarify the above process for me and let me know how I can arrange for your tech department to login to my WP site’s admin to verify I’ve configured this properly. Thank you!

The paypal subscription will charge the member according to the subscription parameters you have set. There is not going to be any expiry if you are configuring auto upgrade to update the user’s level to a new level after one month (example: upgrade bronze to silver after 30 days). When they log into the site, their account will have access to whatever the new level offers.

Thanks. Do they get a notification email from your plugin (or from Paypal) that their card is being charged by paypal at the end of the 30 day trial?
Yes, when they get charged, PayPal will send them a notification email.
