I just installed WP Lightbox Ultimate to stream swfs and pdfs from my amazon S3 account.

All of my themes and plugins are up to date.

I tried a video first and the jplayer lightbox opened and a video never starts.

    I tried a pdf file with this shortcode [wp_lightbox_anchor_text_secure_s3_pdf_file name=”wp-lightbox.pdf” bucket=”TRTH-OTIntro” width=”640″ height=”480″ title=”Title goes here” text=”click to open the private pdf”]

When I click on that short code, I get the following error message:

“SignatureDoesNotMatchThe request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method…(with a lot more hex)” The last part of the error message uses the correct key ID as far as I can tell.

I have checked my AWS Access Key ID and AWS Secret Access Key repeatedly. I use this key with another WP plugin (Amazon S3 for WordPress with CloudFront) on another WP site and bucket, and it works perfectly.

I tried copying the settings from chrome-chrome, rootkey.csv to chrome, rootkey.csv to IE to no avail.

    What am I missing?

Try manually typing in your keys, as invisible (non printing) characters may have come along for the ride.

I entered both settings manually and no change. My auto-fill kept up the entire way, so the values were correct before.

@idougal, can you please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look?

We will need to take a closer look at your site to troubleshoot this issue. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
