How do I make it to where when my members are logged in they do not see the sign up button? i’d love to do this and think it would make the site even more professional than it already is! Thanks for the help!
Wrap the signup button inside a section protection shortcode which makes it only visible to not logged in users (this way your members won’t see it when they log in). See the section protection documentation for details (see the “Section Protection for Anyone Who is NOT Logged In”):

thanks fo much for the quick and speedy response! this is why I love your guy’s product!!
I JUST tried what you suggested and nothing happened. i had a member log in and he can still see the sign up button. Is there something I am missing?
What exact shortcode did you use? Are you using any caching plugin? Post a link to the page in question with a test member account details.
the username is testmember and password is testmember and the website is ww.ProToolsTutorials.org and I am using the short code YOU recommend I use but even when members log in, they can STILL see the sign up button. Sorry for the last response as I was at church!
I got it!! I accidentally put </emember_protected> as I am used to html haha thanks for the help!!!
